METRO VANCOUVER — An eight-month-old baby boy was seized from a “disgusting” Surrey home last week after he was found among drug paraphernalia, cigarette butts and sharp objects, the RCMP reported.Langley RCMP officers went to the house in the 15000-block of 88th Avenue on Friday to investigate a report of property stolen from a Langley home. Once inside, they found a baby crawling among paint balls and numerous tools.
